Overview

Worked at Airhouse from May 2019 – November 2021, progressing from Senior Product Designer to Product & Operations Manager. Airhouse provides all-in-one ecommerce fulfillment via a warehouse network that scales with business growth, allowing small D2C sellers to self-onboard and manage orders independently.

  • Led product team supporting web app for ecommerce fulfillment.
  • Built Squarespace integration.
  • Onboarded and trained fulfillment partner network across eight 3Pls and five warehouse API integrations.
  • Developed onboarding and customer success flows with documentation.

Senior Product Designer

May 2019 – June 2020

  • Designed web app for ecommerce fulfillment platform.
  • Created reusable UI components (product variant lists) ensuring consistency.
  • Developed features enabling inventory, order, and restocking management.
